The new Vietnam factory is located in Hung Yen Province, Vietnam, covering a total area of 23 mu (15,379 square meters). The factory fully follows the group’s standardized production and quality control systems, and is equipped with advanced automated production equipment, comprehensive quality inspection processes, and a professional warehousing and logistics system. This enables integrated, standardized operations across production, quality inspection, warehousing, and shipping. Looking ahead, LADY MERRY’s Vietnam production base will undergo comprehensive expansion. The first-phase production line is now fully operational, with an annual output of 6 million units, ensuring reliable delivery for customer orders.
R&D is a core focus at LADY MERRY, with R&D staff making up 10% of the workforce. To maintain consistently high performance and quality, the company invests 8% of its annual sales in R&D. To date, LADY MERRY has secured over 100 domestic and international patents and earned design awards including the MUSE Gold Award.
